After more than a year spent apart, First Financial Security, Inc. will celebrate 15 Years of Business Excellence this summer during an extraordinary weekend of celebration, recognition and motivation. First Financial Security was founded in 2006 with a vision of helping all people achieve financial security and peace of mind. Since then, we have helped nearly a quarter of a million families and secured almost $30 billion in generational wealth for communities around the country.
Over the last fifteen years, FFS has been on the leading edge of innovation as technology has changed how our agents do business with their customers and how carrier partners interface with FFS. While change has transformed our industry, our agents have never lost sight of their goal to offer peace of mind to the families they serve. It is these agents who have made all the difference in our success.
2020 was a test for all of us and one of the biggest causes for celebration is that we are able to gather in person and recognize how much our business has grown and weathered the storms of the past year and a half. On July 29-31, we are thrilled to return to The M Resort Spa and Casino in Las Vegas for Leaders Convention 2021 with the theme “Meet the Challenge” – a testament to our agents’ resilience and strength. Our Awards Gala features over 200 awards recognizing everyone from our highest earners to our newly qualified associates. Following the gala, LC21 attendees and their guests will join our after-party and exclusive FFS concert featuring the Grammy award-winning R&B group All-4-One at the M’s Pavilion.
