First Financial Security, Inc is proud to recognize our very own Victoria Le for winning the Top Lives Producer Award for 2019 through Columbus Life last week. This award was established to honor the agent who “wrote and paid for more individual life cases than anybody in all of Columbus Life.”
“Victoria and her team were the first to embrace Columbus Life, and we are excited to recognize her success,” says Matt Canterbury, Sr. Vice President of Sales at Columbus Life. “In addition to being a top producer, she has provided our team with great suggestions to improve our new business processes. Her enthusiasm and genuine desire to help her clients truly represent Columbus Life’s guiding principles.”
Victoria Le joined the FFS team in August 2009 and has been one of our fastest-growing producers ever since. “This award means a lot to me,” Victoria said when accepting the award. “I want to thank my clients, I want to thank FFS, and I want to especially thank my dear Team Resilience.”
She has been a powerful motivational leader as well, becoming the first Executive Field Chairman at FFS to win both the Champions and EFC Leadership Cups at the same event, both awarded for the team with the most members with new Cash Flow milestones. “I have to guide with product knowledge to set an example. Their success is all in taking the power of knowledge into their own hands,” said Victoria when asked about her journey to this moment.
With award in hand, she delivered one last message to the crowd: “I just want to let everyone know I’m not done yet — my goal is to protect as many families as I can.”
