As another successful JumpStart ends, First Financial Security, Inc. looks forward to our summer Leaders Convention 2021 as the ideal place to team up and meet the challenges of the new year together. Every year, our agents use Leaders Convention to renew the momentum they gathered from our winter JumpStart event, leaving them recharged and ready to finish the year strong. This summer, FFS will return to the M Resort in Las Vegas from July 29–31 for a weekend of motivation, recognition, and exciting presentations from our leaders and carrier experts.
The theme for LC21 is Meeting the Challenge to honor the persistence our agents continue to show as 2020 turns into a brighter 2021. With their talent and daily determination, we know they can meet whatever challenges come their way. Agents will have the opportunity to touch base with their colleagues and attend essential training sessions at LC21, including the annual Conversation with Victoria Le and a meeting of Success Tracks™ coaches to fine-tune the already great benefits the system provides our new recruits.
2020 showed us that Americans need to protect themselves from risk. Our challenge in 2021 is the same as it has always been, but with more urgency: to help them achieve financial security and peace of mind. Through efforts like LC21, we envision 2021 as a year we get families back on track to secure their financial futures.
