Our carriers have made adjustments so that our field can keep working and help families find financial security and peace of mind in an uncertain time.
With today’s market volatility and the intensifying pandemic, our mission is more urgent than ever before. 2020 has been an extraordinary year for our company and that success has continued even as FFS agents have found new ways to engage with clients while maintaining “social distance.” We have also seen new agents get up and running faster than ever before with the introduction of the Success Tracks learning management system.
The first quarter of 2020 has been the best in FFS’ 14-year history, confirming the robust health of our company in particular, and the life insurance industry in general. This quarter we’ve seen record numbers in compensation to the field, submitted business and annuity sales. Annuity sales in particular were up over 30% in 2020 over 2019. To date, FFS agents have protected almost a quarter of a million lives resulting in nearly $30 billion in economic benefits being put back into the communities they serve.
