First Financial Security, Inc. announced that Nathan Caine, Manager of Commissions, has been promoted to the newly created position of Director of Commissions, effective October 29, 2018. In his new role, Nathan will oversee all aspects of FFS agent commissions and assist CFO George Brunner in his accounting and financial duties.
Nathan is committed to making sure every First Financial Security field representative gets paid accurately and on time, so much so that they now call him “The Money Man.” To keep his promise of getting every agent’s commission paid efficiently, Nathan will continue to improve the payment systems currently in place as the field force continues to grow.
Originally from Alpharetta, GA, and raised in Woodstock, GA, Nathan used his natural born “Money Man” skills to earn a degree in Finance from Valdosta State University. He quickly targeted First Financial Security as his workplace home, citing the organization’s family-like environment which creates goodwill and great opportunities for advancement. A true inspiration, he worked his way up through the FFS organization. Originally hired in an administrative role, answering phones at the front desk, he worked with the Field Service Team and Sales Department before heading up the Commissions department. Nathan and his wife, Bianca, live in Cumming, GA, and both enjoy spending every moment they can with their two children, Cameron and Olivia.
When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Nathan explains, “I love working with the agents. They’re the reason I get out of bed every morning. They work hard for their money. It’s my job to make sure they get paid quickly, efficiently and accurately.” In this new role, he will have the opportunity to do more of what he loves – working with FFS agents.
