July 30 would have been the first day of Leaders Convention 2020 – a time when agents from around the country gather to learn about this industry, get recognized on stage, network with FFS leaders and motivate their teams for the rest of the year. Unfortunately, COVID-19 changed our plans.
We have been hard at work from our homes around Atlanta launching new platforms, trainings and programs to help you succeed in this new landscape. We have watched agents embrace this time and achieve incredible success despite restrictions. While we are planning for JS21 in California this January, we have so much to share with you before then. Join us for FFS’ first virtual conference, Future in Focus, on October 2 and 3.
This conference will be in four sessions and will include our carriers, field leaders and Home Office leadership. We will release an agenda in the next few weeks, but topics will include the new BBS and how leaders have been successful during this time.
