First Financial Security, Inc., a leading national financial services brokerage agency, announced the addition of Vince Rokose to its senior management team to head up its Operations.

Rokose’s appointment indicates the sustained growth of the organization as well as the emphasis placed on continuing to build out the systems and personnel infrastructure required to lead the company into its next phases of growth and development. According to Meg Jones, President of First Financial Security, Inc., “Vince Rokose is uniquely qualified given his past experiences and current skills to help this company successfully accomplish its goals for growth and success. I have every confidence Vince possesses the skills, ethics, and vision to lead our organization and our Operations team forward.”

Vince Rokose graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned his MBA in Finance at Rider University. His 20-year corporate career started at Merrill Lynch where he focused on branch office profitability and analysis.

After leaving Merrill Lynch, Rokose went on to work in the financial services industry in company models very similar to that of First Financial Security, Inc.  During this time he developed systems and tools to measure and improve field representative performance, was responsible for corporate development, and oversaw all Operations functions.  His diverse corporate experience led him to the position of Sr. Director of Operations for First Financial Security in late November 2014.
