Movement (Making Ourselves Economically Successful), a program created by FraserNet, Inc., an organization Dr. Fraser founded 28 years. The M.O.S.E.S program was designed to significantly improve financial literacy and money management skills<\/a> through education, training and motivation.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the most interesting component\u2019s of the M.O.S.E.S. program is the Financial Freedom Pledge,\u201d Phil Gerlicher said. \u201cThe fact that every participant commits to this pledge, to become debt free and to save $50 per month is key to the overall success of the program.
