Veteran Financial Services Leader will take on Expanded Role with Company
First Financial Security, Inc. President Meg Jones announced today the promotion of Vince Rokose from Senior Director of Operations to Chief Operations Officer. In addition to oversight of the many areas that comprise the Operations Department, Vince will serve on the organization’s Executive Leadership Team.
“In the short time he’s been with the company, Vince has established himself as a leader who can deliver no matter the challenge,” Jones said. “He quickly demonstrated this through his work with our IT team in developing systems to improve efficiencies in Operations.”
